We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our homes that cares for and supports children with emotional and behavioural difficulties in one of our residential homes.

The home provides around the clock care to 5 young people who live at the home. We want our children to develop new skills, enjoy different experiences, establish friendships and grow in confidence

The home is set in its own grounds and has parking available.

About the role

We are recruiting for an Assistant Manager to assist the Registered Children’s Homes Manager in providing excellent leadership for our home. You will be experienced, dedicated, highly professional, and caring, with the passion to provide exceptional care and experiences for our children.

What we expect from you

  • Minimum of a Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in Residential Childcare.
  • Experience of caring for children and young people, in a residential or short breaks setting.
  • Experience of supervising staff.
  • Someone that is flexible to the needs of the home.
