About the Role
As the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Business Partner, you will play a key role in ensuring the Trust is a safe, supportive, and healthy place to work. You will:
- Oversee internal processes that support colleague wellbeing and safety
- Ensure the Trust meets its employer Health and Safety obligations
- Act as a lead for health and safety compliance
- Manage a range of activities aligned with our Trust values
- Work closely with the Property and H&S Manager (responsible for facilities H&S)

To succeed in the role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- You will hold a relevant H&S qualification such as: NEBOSH Diploma, NVQ or BSC Level 6 in H&S.
- Proven experience of leading on Health, Safety and Wellbeing.
- Analytical in your thinking with the ability to make effective decisions.
- Understanding of the law relating to Health and Safety in the workplace.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with others.
