About The Role
Bradford Children and Families Trust is seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our Application & System Support team as an ISP Application Support professional. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality application support, maintenance, configuration, and development across the Trust.
You will play a vital role in ensuring our applications meet and exceed agreed service levels. You’ll help develop innovative solutions to business challenges, drive efficiencies, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, configure, and develop applications as required.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement and uphold customer care values.
- Follow service management processes and use ITIL-based tools to manage service data.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and resolve system issues.
- Provide expert advice on emerging technologies and their potential for service enhancement.
- Proven ability to liaise effectively with external providers and technical consultants, ensuring that systems are performing optimally and are developed in line with evolving service demands. This includes managing relationships, coordinating technical input, and ensuring timely resolution of issues to support service delivery.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
- Deputise for the Senior ISP or line manager when required.
About You
- In-depth knowledge of implementing, supporting, and developing appropriate technologies.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and service management tools.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and end-user support.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver effective, user-focused solutions.
- At least one year’s experience in an ICT business systems environment with a relevant BTEC National Level qualification, or several years’ experience using advanced skills in ICT systems.
- Flexible Approach: demonstrate a proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of adjusting to changing priorities, tasks, and environments. A willingness to take on new challenges and support different areas of the team is essential.
- Team Player: someone who thrives in a collaborative setting, communicates effectively, and contributes positively to team dynamics. You’ll be expected to work closely with colleagues across departments, share knowledge, and support others to achieve shared goals.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and other Power Platform tools, with the ability to design, build, and maintain automated workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with a methodical approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
- A keen interest in developing and supporting IT solutions, with a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and improving existing systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver effective, user-focused solutions.

Starting salary is dependant on experience
