Salary: Special C – £58,010 – £61,811 (pay award pending), Bradford, 37 Hours Per Week, Permanent

About the Role

As Procurement Business Partner, you will play a key role in ensuring our commissioning cycle runs smoothly and compliantly - helping us deliver value for money, high-quality services, and positive social outcomes.

You’ll also:

  • Lead on strategic procurement projects, from market analysis through to contract award.
  • Support commissioners in developing business cases and service specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with UK and EU procurement legislation, and embed best practice across the Trust.
  • Facilitate social value and sustainable procurement opportunities.
  • Implement contract management and supplier relationship strategies for high-value, high-risk contracts.
  • Collaborate with partner organisations to drive innovation and additional value.

To be successful in this role you will need: 

  • CIPS Level 4 (or equivalent) or be working towards it.
  • Experience in procurement, finance, or commissioning with knowledge of the full procurement lifecycle.
  • Understanding of public sector procurement legislation.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
  • Technical expertise and collaborative spirit.
