Service Manager for Family support and Family hubs
Salary: Grade Special C - £ £59,886 – £63,789, Based in one locality within the district, Hybrid – 3 days per week based in an office.

About the Role
The Trust has a commitment and drive to continue to develop and grow our early help service. This role is a pivotal role in sharing and leading the family hubs and Targeted family support. You will work with a group of experienced leaders to drive relational practice ensuring every child and families receives the right service at the right time both within the Trust and within the wider partnership. It’s a time of change with the Best Start in life framework and the families first reforms which will be exciting and will strengthen the early help and social work worlds.

You’ll also:
- To deliver the Best Start in life/Family Hub Programme across a locality
- To lead and manage Family Support Managers and Family Hub Managers
- To strengthen the partnership within the locality
- To lead on themes across the district such as SEND, Domestic Abuse, Neglect, Early Years, Family Support
- To embed a culture of learning, practice development and accountability
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Experience of embedding a restorative and learning culture
- A degree in a relevant field
- Experience in managing people, leading with high support but high expectation
- Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams/family hubs
- Extensive knowledge of statutory guidance relevant to children and families
- A commitment and passion to making a difference to children and families
