Fixed Term until 31 March 2026

Salary: PO1, SCP 27-30, 37 hours per week, Hybrid, based in Bradford

About The Role

The Learning & Development Advisor is an exciting new role based within our Organisational Development Team. We are a small, friendly and enthusiastic team and passionate about developing creative and effective learning solutions. The role will primarily have a specific focus on early careers development and support the delivery of our Management Training Programme.

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an L&D role including facilitation and programme delivery. You will be required to design and deliver training to both established and new managers across the organisation, offering both online and face to face training.  

Ideally you will have knowledge of apprenticeship frameworks and be able to develop effective working relationships with training providers. You will have experience of working  in or with local authorities / public sector with an understanding of early careers development.   

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver the Trust’s early careers strategy, including apprenticeships, internships, work experience and graduate programmes.
  • Act as the Trust’s apprenticeship lead, supporting services to identify opportunities, navigate levy funding, and manage provider relationships.
  • Support the delivery and continuous improvement of the Trust’s management and leadership development offer.
  • Contribute to the development of digital learning content and support the use of the Learning Management System (LMS).
