We’re looking for an OD Lead who will play a central role in embedding our organisational values, enhancing employee engagement, and evidencing the impact of culture across the Trust. If you thrive on collaboration, innovation, and strategic influence, we want to hear from you.
Are you looking for a role which provides expert guidance to senior leaders, using OD principles to drive meaningful change, improve staff experience, and measure cultural impact?
Do you have experience of collaborating across departments to champion employee voice, align strategic priorities, and foster a thriving, values-driven workplace.
As OD Lead, you will:
- Shape and deliver a Trust-wide cultural development strategy aligned with our People Strategy.
- Champion our values and behaviours, embedding them into leadership, performance, and everyday practice.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including staff surveys, focus groups, and action planning.
- Measure and evidence cultural impact using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate across HR, L&D, EDI, and Comms to drive a unified, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
