Salary: Band 8, SCP 17-22, £30,060 - £32,654 per annum, Fixed Term until 31 March 2026.  37 hours per week, Hybrid, based in Bradford

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised, people-focused Recruitment Officer to join our fast paced Recruitment Team. You’ll provide seamless support across the full recruitment lifecycle, progressing new offers and onboarding, whilst contributing ideas and energy to help us continuously improve how we recruit.

You’ll also 

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to deliver a smooth, inclusive recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports using Microsoft Office and recruitment systems. 
  • Managing application tracking and ensuring accurate data across our systems.
  • Coordinating shortlisting, interviews, and candidate communications.
  • Conducting pre-employment checks in line with safer recruitment policies.
  • Collaborating with teams across the Trust to ensure a seamless hiring journey.

What you’ll bring

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across teams.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and data accuracy.
  • Familiarity with recruitment systems (ATS) and safeguarding practices is a plus.

  • Experience in recruitment, HR or compliance would be beneficial.
